Terence Carroll

Director

Terence has participated in the successful and innovative packaging and delivery of major social infrastructure projects across Australia, particularly within the health, education, justice and defence sectors. Terence’s involvement encompasses all aspects of PPP origination, from consortium formation through to project delivery, holding executive roles as the government’s main point of contact. Through this constant interface he has a detailed appreciation of the partnership required between the government and private sector and the intrinsic role of Project Co in securing beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.

He offers a unique blend of finance, construction and facilities management expertise; with ten years in major project design and construction while at Multiplex, combined with eight years focused on PPP projects at Babcock & Brown and Capella Capital. Overseeing bids through design development and user group consultation, he has also held full responsibility for the FM component of PPPs, through to Financial Close. This multi-faceted background enables Terence to play a valuable role in coordinating the D&C and FM components of both the bid and delivery phase to achieve a highly integrated technical solution. A strong communicator, Terence is adept at achieving detailed solutions to complex problems with parties of competing interests.
