Steve Biason

Associate Director

Steve is an Associate Director in the Origination team at Capella Capital. Steve’s involvement in recent transactions encompasses all aspects of financing and structuring. Since joining Capella Capital in 2017, his involvement has spanned bidding successful PPP and Solar Farm tenders, asset refinancing, and equity sale processes.

His Infrastructure and Property experience has seen him originate and negotiate a range of commercial structures, developing his skills in financial modelling, debt and equity underwriting, accounting and tax analysis, and transactional due diligence. Before Capella Capital, Steve worked in the Capital Transaction team at Lendlease focusing on the acquisition and divestment of direct real estate.
