Sarah Neaves

Sarah is an Executive Director at Capella Capital. Having joined the business in 2014, she has been intimately involved in the structuring and execution of many of Capella’s major infrastructure projects, including leading consortia on the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment and the New Melton Hospital projects. 

Her extensive experience spans a period of more than 25 years. In addition to her long history with the Capella business, she brings 15 years’ experience in legal private practice with top-tier law firms, advising government and private sector clients on a range of issues arising in the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects.

Sarah sits on the project boards for Capella’s investments into the Melbourne Metro (Tunnels and Stations) PPP and the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project.
