General Manager - Project Co Representative (DHL)

Peter’s career spans over 40 years in the construction and facility management industries with the past 15 years predominantly within the PPP sector. During this period, he has focused on the interface between consortium members and the transition from a successful bid submission, through the critical construction phase and finally to the handover to full operations.

Through his experience in construction and facility management he is uniquely placed to focus on the relationship between consortium members and the client and is passionate about an open approach to managing expectations and achieving the required goals for all parties during these complex interfaces within each projects.

He has held senior roles for the SPV management teams on PPP projects such as: Headquarters Joint Operational Command (HQJOC) Department of Defence, South East Queensland Schools, Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) and the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
