Paul Yerondais

Paul is currently the CEO on Spark North East Link, the Project Co responsible for overall delivery of the 6km primary tunnelling package within the North East Link project. This project is Victoria's largest road project and represents the 'missing link' in Melbourne's transport network. The multi-national Spark consortium consists of WeBuild, GS Engineering and Construction, CPB Contractors, China Construction Oceania, Ventia, Capella Capital, John Laing Investments, DIF and Pacific Partnerships.

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction and property development industry and during that time has led some of Australia’s most challenging PPP projects with responsibility for the financing, design, construction, commissioning and facility management. 

Paul’s previous experience has extended to some of Australia’s most complex projects, including the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Royal Women’s Hospital.
