Matthew Thomas

Matt has a strong track record advising on a broad range of complex infrastructure, construction, and PPP projects across Australia and internationally for over 15 years.

As Capella Capital’s Chief Legal Officer, Matt is responsible for all legal matters in connection with the Capella Capital group, including strategic advice on project origination, delivery, asset management and investments.

Before joining Capella, Matt worked in senior legal roles in the Construction division at Lendlease and the Projects and Infrastructure group at international law firm, Allens.
