Joan O'Brien

Joan is the CEO for the entity responsible for delivering the Bendigo Hospital PPP alongside the Victorian Government, Bendigo Health and Downer.

Joan’s key focus is stakeholder relationship management, bringing all parties on the PPP together for the best possible project outcomes. She has been involved with the Bendigo Hospital Project since the construction phase, moving into the CEO role during the current operations phase.  

An Architect by background, Joan brings over 20 years of experience and has previously worked on a range of projects from residential new builds and renovation to government and education infrastructure redevelopment.
