Jess has more than 14 years’ experience in people and culture roles in the construction and investment industries across Australia, the UK and the USA.  

As Chief People Officer at Capella, Jess partners with the Capella leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that support the business’ growth. This includes a strong focus on talent management, inclusive leadership, culture and wellbeing, performance excellence, and proactive risk management.

Prior to Capella, Jess worked across a variety of management and human resources roles at Lendlease.
