Jarrod Woodward

Jarrod is a Director in the Origination team at Capella Capital with more than 15 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and energy transactions. He has a strong track record of originating and leading investments in PPPs and other project-financed structures, from early-stage development through financial close and into ongoing asset management, including serving as a director on project SPV boards.

He is highly experienced in consortium leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, and negotiating with government clients, partners and investors. Drawing on nearly a decade of legal experience in Melbourne and Tokyo, Jarrod brings expertise in structuring, negotiating and delivering complex commercial arrangements involving government stakeholders, industrial partners and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Capella, Jarrod spent more than six years as a leader in the APAC origination team at John Laing, where he led and supported a range of greenfield and brownfield investments. His experience includes the acquisition of a majority stake in Sydney Light Rail and investment in North East Link.
