Inpa Natkunasingam

Inpa Natkunasingam is the Chief Executive Officer of Cross Yarra Partnership, the Project Co responsible for overall delivery of the Melbourne Metro Tunnels and Stations PPP.  She is currently responsible for providing leadership and strategic oversight to enable Project Co to deliver the commercial opportunities across the 5 new stations, provide the maintenance services across the alignment and achieve completion of the remaining D&C works. 

Inpa has over 30 years’ experience in the infrastructure and telecommunications sector having worked both in Australia and Asia on telecommunications and transport infrastructure projects. She is a commercially astute, legally trained leader with extensive experience governing and delivering large, complex PPP and infrastructure assets across bid, delivery, refinancing and transition to operations. 

Her background includes senior roles at Mallesons working on PPPs across Australia, Maxis Communications (in Malaysia) delivering telecommunications projects, supporting acquisitions and running operations and at Transurban, leading the legal and commercial stream for the West Gate Tunnel Project market led proposal as well as transition into delivery.
