Fiona McKerrow

Fiona is the CEO of the Project Co responsible for the delivery of the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project. She works closely with key stakeholders on the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project including the Victorian Government, Peninsula Health and consortium members, Lendlease, Honeywell and Compass. This work spans all disciplines in the development phase including design, construction, commissioning and operationalisation.

Fiona has worked on more than 10 hospital development projects across both government and the private sector. Projects include Casey Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital and Footscray Hospital Redevelopment Project.

Prior to Capella, Fiona worked for the Project SPV on the Footscray Hospital Redevelopment Project and managed a large number of operational PPP projects across Australia. She also worked with Spotless at the Royal Children’s Hospital and within in government delivering hospital projects.
