Dave is a Manager in the Origination Team at Capella and has brought extensive industry experience with him. He has a proven track record in delivering commercial and financial advice for major infrastructure projects, developing complex delivery, operating, finance and pricing models.

Prior to joining Capella, Dave was a Principal at Project Partners where he was the commercial and financial advisor on the Northern Water Desalination Project; and previously an Associate Director within KPMG’s Infrastructure & Projects Group. His project experience spans the UK, South African and Australian infrastructure markets.

Dave is relentlessly committed to well-structured infrastructure as a fundamental enabler of economic and social well-being.
