Bid Manager

As a Bid Manager in the Origination team at Capella Capital Talia has been involved in the successful origination of some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects spanning rail and road transport, health and education.

Her involvement over a decade of transactions at Capella has encompassed all aspects of Project Management. Talia knows what it takes to successfully deliver bids on time, from the coordination of content and review teams to brand management and liaison with the client, while simultaneously managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the consortia. Talia’s breadth of experience and high calibre skillset, coupled with her attention to detail, ensures relationships are managed seamlessly throughout all tender phases and has allowed her to forge long lasting relationships with financiers, investors and clients while also gaining extensive industry knowledge.

Talia has been a crucial member of the successful PPP/Infrastructure origination team since joining Capella in November 2010.  Her PPP project experience includes Bendigo Hospital, Ravenhall Prison, Eastern Goldfields Prison, East West Link, QEII Carpark, Melbourne Metro Tunnels and Stations and North East Link Primary Package PPP,  to name just a few.  Talia brings a strong mix of energy, professionalism and empathy to the team and to all her bids.
