ORIGINATION
As a Bid Manager in the Origination team at Capella Capital, Talia has been involved in the successful origination of some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects spanning rail and road transport, health and education.
These projects include Bendigo Hospital, Ravenhall Prison, Eastern Goldfields Prison, East West Link, QEII Carpark, Melbourne Metro Tunnels and Stations and North East Link Primary Package PPP.
Her involvement over a decade of transactions at Capella has encompassed all aspects of project management from the coordination of content and review teams to brand management and liaison with the client, while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the consortia.
Talia’s experience coupled with her attention to detail, ensures relationships are managed seamlessly throughout all tender phases and has allowed her to forge lasting relationships with financiers, investors and clients while also gaining extensive industry knowledge.
Prior to joining Capella Capital, Talia worked at Urbis within the Economics & Property Team and was also a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Kraft Foods Port Melbourne.
Talia has a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Psychology and Politics) from the Monash University.
