Shane has fulfilled senior leadership and project governance roles in the PPP sector for the Defence NT Solar, Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison Redevelopment Project, QEII Medical Centre Car Parking Project PPP’s and worked extensively in the commercial construction sector across WA.

He offers a comprehensive understanding of client requirements in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects and provides an experienced interface between client representatives, key stakeholders and consortium members. Shane’s collaborative style enhances his ability to form successful relationships with clients.

Shane is able to ensure a stable working environment for all parties and leverage his commercial acumen and technical knowledge to address challenges throughout the successive phases of the project lifecycle from contract close, through design development, construction, completion, defect liability period and providing ongoing asset management during the operating phase.
