Appointed to the role of CEO of Exemplar Health, with responsibility for the ongoing delivery of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital PPP project – Pat brings over 30 years of relevant experience in delivering major projects for both public and private clients. Working in both sectors has given Pat a holistic understanding of the requirements of all parties, a contributing factor to successful projects.

Pat’s portfolio includes commercial, industrial and infrastructure development experience across the fields of health, defence, justice, mining and gas, telecommunications, retail, hospitality and entertainment. Highly respected for his ability as project director on PPP, PFI and D&C projects – most notably the landmark Darwin Convention and Exhibition Centre – recent roles have included establishing a government Statutory Authority, advising governments and related agencies on procurement of major projects and as project director for both the bid and operational phases of PPP projects, in addition to a range of consultancies.
