Associate Director

Kevin is a Associate Director in the Origination Team at Capella Capital, specialising in infrastructure and PPP sectors. He has extensive experience in prominent Merges and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions and greenfield projects, catering to the needs of private equity firms and financial sponsors.

Kevin holds a strong technical skillset in financial modelling and valuation. Prior to joining Capella, Kevin worked in the Transport and Infrastructure Team at Bank of America, where he supported M&A activities such as valuation, due diligence, capital structuring and complex financial analysis.

 Early in his career, Kevin gained valuable expertise as a professional financial modeller at KPMG. During this time, he aided government bodies and private sectors in their pursuits of infrastructure and renewable related transactions.
