Jimmy Lau

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Jimmy is an Associate Director within the Origination team at Capella.  He has over 10 years of experience across infrastructure advisory, legal practice and project finance. His sector expertise covers a broad spectrum of social and economic infrastructure projects, including schools, hospitals, prisons, roads, rail, ports and power.

Through his diverse experience, Jimmy has a deep understanding of the commercial and legal issues that arise in relation to the structuring of infrastructure projects and insights into the financing structures underpinning infrastructure / PPP transactions.

Since joining Capella Capital in 2017, Jimmy has been involved in all aspects of infrastructure development and investment including structuring and arranging debt and equity finance, negotiating project documents and managing due diligence.

Prior to joining Capella Capital, Jimmy worked within the Infrastructure and Projects Group at KPMG, as well as Corrs Chambers Westgarth and King & Wood Mallesons. 
Jimmy has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
