Jamie McKellar

Jamie joined the Capella team in February 2017 and has more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry across a broad range of disciplines and sectors including actuarial, corporate finance and project finance.

Jamie has led or held senior roles on numerous infrastructure projects – spanning rail and road transport, water, health and education – both in Australia and internationally. Via these roles, Jamie has been able to forge long lasting relationships with financiers, investors and clients while also gaining extensive industry knowledge and experience.

Prior to joining Capella, Jamie was Head of Project Finance at the CIMIC group’s concessionaire business and oversaw and managed the group’s project finance and equity investment activities from 2015 to the end of 2016.

During his time at the CIMIC group, Jamie was involved in both the bidding and delivery of some of Australia’s largest and most complex privately financed infrastructure projects including the award winning $5.7 billion Victorian Desalination Project and more recently the $710 million ACT Light Rail Project.
