ORIGINATION
Alexander is an experienced financial modeller in the Capella team with a focus on raising capital from sponsors and debt, technical due diligence and negotiation project terms. Along with social infrastructure process he is part of the Capella team which looks after M&A of greenfield/brownfield renewables projects and portfolios.
Alexander has worked on a variety of transactions that include asset types such as convention centres, desalinisation plants, transmission of electricity, roads, solar, wind, BESS and housing.
Prior to joining Capella, Alexander was part of the KPMG’s global Strategy Group. During his time at KPMG, Alex was a key team member within a variety of transaction projects including the partial privatisation of VicRoads, separation of Land Titles and Registry function from Land use Victoria, Commercialisation of electronic processing of property transactions for Landgate (WA) and Commercial Due Diligence projects for Private Equity.
Alexander has a Masters in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
