Alex is an Analyst in the Origination team at Capella Capital. He brings diverse experience across private equity, government, infrastructure, financial services and FMCG clients with skills in the financial, commercial, operational and IT assessment of acquisition, mergers and divestment opportunities.

Prior to joining Capella, Alex was part of the Deals Advisory team within KPMG. During his time at KPMG, Alex was a key team member within a variety of projects ranging from value creation and commercial assessment of the partial privatisation of VicRoads, separation of Land Titles and Registry function from Land use Victoria and commercialisation of electronic processing of property transactions for Landgate (WA).

Alex also performed commercial due diligence of AI and Machine learning companies for private equity acquisitions and fully costed profitability assessments for the sale of retail businesses.
