Associate Director

As an Associate Director at Capella Capital, Harry has a strong appreciation for the technical, social and financial risks associated with major infrastructure.  Harry has experience advising in relation to general infrastructure projects in the mining, transport, health, utilities, and renewables sectors in both Australia and Asia.

He has a strong technical and commercial skillset covering transactional due diligence; arranging finance; structuring; financing; accounting and tax analysis; financial modelling and debt and equity underwriting.

Prior to joining the team at Capella, Harry was a Senior Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in their Infrastructure Advisory Team where he developed his skills in financial analysis, corporate finance and financial modelling.  Before this he worked for ANZ and Cardno providing technical consulting services, tender development and financial modelling.

Harry’s strong technical skillset, leadership skills and professionalism makes him an important driver behind the successful delivery of bids and projects of all kinds.
