Formed and led by Capella Capital, the Assure Partners consortium entered into an agreement with the Western Australian State Government to design, build, finance and maintain the Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison (EGRP) Redevelopment Project located at Kalgoorlie-Boulder in Western Australia.
