How do I get a tax invoice?
After making a payment click on “Review Your Statement”. A list of your recent transactions will appear, click on the transaction you require a tax invoice for. A summary of your transaction will appear. Click print to see a print preview then print again to print a copy.
What do I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

Do I need a parking permit to establish my account?
You need a parking permit to park either on-site or off-site.

How can I pay for parking?
You can pay for parking by adding credit to your account on the website, or by cash at one of the three Smart Parker payment kiosks.
Can I still use my Smart Parker Card?
Your Smart Parker card can still be used to pay for your parking by cash at the Smart Parking payment kiosks. Your Smart Parker card does not give you access to the car park, access is via your RFID E-tag placed on your windscreen.
How do I top up my account?
Your account can be topped up by following the link “Making Regular Payments” on the home page. Payments can be made with credit card.
How will I know if my account is low?
You can check your account via the link on the home page, or sign up for SMS notification by checking the box on the Making Regular Payments Page. (SMS notifications are charged at $0.18 per message)
What do I do if my E-tag is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen cards should be reported to the Parking Department immediately by calling 9346 1787/9346 2488 and by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
